Why we like talking to end users

At Steely Products, we believe in talking to the end users of our materials handling and storage equipment. There are many reasons why it is important to talk to our customers.

Talk direct

When you talk to an equipment dealer that is not a manufacturer, there is no direct communication with the people who make the products. At Steely Products, all design and manufacturing processes are done in house. We talk directly to end users and their feedback influences future equipment design.

Have a say in the design

Since we are not employed in the furniture, garment, furniture and window companies that are our end users, we rely on their input and their suggestions on how to modify or improve our equipment. Design is a partnership between us and our end users, so new equipment design starts with a conversation with the end user.

Great customer service

At Steely Products, we’re proud of the high quality of the customer service we provide when talking to end users. Serving the customer does not end at the moment equipment is delivered, because we are here for help and support at all times.

Customer service is an evolving process, and needs feedback from end users in order to keep improving.

By talking to customers and listening to their concerns, a positive relationship is built that increases customer loyalty. We know that by being always willing to talk to end users, they are more likely to trust us and form a long-term partnership. It’s in our interest as well as the customer’s to be available to talk.

We take a solution-based approach. We talk to our end users about the problems they have with handling and storing items, and find solutions that work well for them, taking their specific needs into account.

Today, there are many ways to contact us – by landline, mobile phone, email or website contact form (which you can find below), and we still accept faxes. We still like to meet customers in person too.
