Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver all orders efficiently and cost-effectively across mainland UK. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order:

1. Standard Delivery Charge

• All website orders are subject to a £65.00 delivery charge, regardless of order size or value. Additional Carriage charges will often apply to custom products or discounted bulk purchases which will be outlined on the quoted project.

2. Additional Delivery Charges

• Where our suppliers impose extra charges for packaging or special order delivery, these costs will be passed directly to you.
• We also reserve the right to apply additional charges for:
  • Deliveries outside of mainland UK or our standard delivery areas,
  • Large or bulky items requiring special handling,
  • Premium services, including same-day or timed deliveries.
  • Custom Products or Bulk Purchases as quoted

3. Part Deliveries

• If your order includes items not currently in stock, we will dispatch available items immediately and the remaining balance as soon as possible.
• Each part delivery will be invoiced separately, unless we are instructed otherwise in writing at the time of order.
