1. Variable Delivery Charge

• Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery postcode.
• The delivery charge will be automatically updated once the delivery postcode is entered at checkout.
• Additional carriage charges may apply to custom products or discounted bulk purchases and will be outlined if quote requested.

2. Additional Delivery Charges

• Where our suppliers impose extra charges for packaging or special order delivery, these costs will be passed directly to you.
• We also reserve the right to apply additional charges for:
  • Deliveries outside of mainland UK or our standard delivery areas,
  • Large or bulky items requiring special handling,
  • Premium services, including same-day or timed deliveries.
  • Custom Products or Bulk Purchases as quoted

3. Part Deliveries

• If your order includes items not currently in stock, we will dispatch available items immediately and the remaining balance as soon as possible.
• Each part delivery will be invoiced separately, unless we are instructed otherwise in writing at the time of order.
