Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items under the conditions outlined below.

Return Conditions:

• All returnable items must be sent back to our factory in Manchester at the buyer’s expense.
• Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and must be in their original condition and packaging.
• A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all eligible returned items.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Any items that are specially made to order or customised in any way are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
