Crew Clothing reports another year of growth

12/01/2026 by Fenton Richardson

Crew Clothing’s accounts, recently filed at Companies House, show a period of growth in the year ending December 29, 2024, with a significant rise in sales and profit. Their strong performance contrasts with the broad slowdown of many companies in the UK retail sector.

Crew Clothing is renowned for its classic styles and high-quality smart casual clothing.

The pre-tax profits of this British lifestyle brand increased by 65.1% to £25.6 million compared to £15.5 million in the previous year. Total sales grew by 5.3% to £123.4 million. This increase in revenue and profits was achieved by Crew Clothing’s highly effective multichannel approach, with sales coming from physical stores, online and partnerships with major retailers like Marks & Spencer and John Lewis. The company’s large warehouses that supply these retail chains contain heavy duty garment rails full of the brand’s widening range of women’s, men’s and children’s clothing.

The company had a very successful Christmas sales period, with revenue increasing by 45% during the two-week pre-Christmas period compared to the previous year.

Crew Clothing is continuing to expand. It opened 15 new UK stores in 2024, including ones in London, Canterbury and Falmouth, and has plans to open more in 2026.

The company will continue to invest in its UK retail portfolio and be a “champion of the British high street.” The firm aims to continuously add to its product range with more clothing lines. Crew Clothing is also growing its online platform to attract more loyal customers.
